摘要
实验研究了硬磁畴在不同温度下的静态性质,发现具有相同数目VBL的硬碰畴在不同温度下的存在形式不一定相同,从而揭示了三类硬磁畴畴壁结构的一致性,证明了直流偏场作用下硬磁畴缩灭时VBL间的平衡间距随温度的升高而增大。
The static properties of the three kinds of hard domains in different temperatures were studied experimently. It is found that those domains with the same number of VBL don't necessarily exist in the same form,therfore the indentical character of wall structures of the three kinds of domain is revealed. It proves that under interaction of bias field and when the hard domains collape, the equilibrium separation between two neighbouring VBLs is widened with the temperature increase.
