The Observition of Lane of Cytoplasmic Streaming in the Tobacco Callus Cell

By using the system of photograph and videocorder, it is possible to observe the morphology,movement and change of the lane of the cytoplasmic streaming in Tobacco callus cell and to analysis the size of the lane and the speed of the panical movement by computer. Typically the diameter of the lane is 1 -2 pm,the speed of the panical is 5-6 pm/s. Not only do the panicals in lane move in one direction,the whole lane swings also. In addition,the lane swells and disassembles when CB or electric stimulation was added. All these indicate that the lane is not only a pavement of cytoplasmic streaming, but also a cubic structure of containing and leading the cytoplasmic streaming.All these have some relationship to microfilament.
