摘要
知识经济时代的进入,人才已经成为组织实现自己战略目标的关键因素。高校人才引进实质上是学校和引进对象之间相互决策过程。文章应用博弈理论相关知识,探讨了引进过程中的博弈行为和存在的条件,分析了从内部培养和外部引进两种方式存在的博弈均衡。从而为学校和引进方在这一决策过程中提供各自理性思考和分析的定量依据。
The talent introduction of the university is the mutual decision between the university and the talent during the course of the introduction. The relevant knowledge of the game theory is used to disucess the game behavior and the condition existing in the course of the introduction. The game equilibrium that two ways exist inside and outside the training is analyzed. Hence the both sides of the organization and the applicant are supplied with the quantitative evidence of the rational thinking and analysis in the course of the decision.
