摘要
律师制度是一个国家法律体制非常重要的一部分,健全发达的律师制度是一个国家法制健全的标志之一。目前中国律师制度有许多需要完善的地方,从资格的取得、执业组织、行业管理等方面对中关律师管理体制进行了较为详细的比较,对中国律师管理体制的健全完善提出了一些建议。
Lawyers play a significant role in the proper performance of the functions of legal systems. There are a lot for China＇s lawyer management system to borrow from the USA＇s in order to perfect the management system of Chinese lawyers. This article tries to conduct comparison between the management of lawyers in China and USA in terns of obtaining qualification, practice organization and business management. It comes up with some suggestions to perfect the management system of layers in China.
