社会主义和谐社会是法治保障的民主政治社会；是法治保障的公平、正义的社会；是法治保障的诚信友爱的社会；是法治保障的充满创造活力的社会；是法治保障的安定有序的社会；是法治保障的人与自然和谐相处的社会。和谐社会的构建必须依赖于法律制度的推动,必须借助于法治的践行。

Socialist Harmonious Society is a democracy society; it is an equitable and justicial society; it is a sincerity and companionate society; it is full of creativity; it is balanced and ordered; it is a society where people and nature mix in harmonious; the society is guaranteed by law. The construction of the harmonious society is relay on the boost of the law and it must recur to the practice of monocracy.
