Development of Portable in-situs Testing System for Net Content of Prepackaged Goods of Fixed Content

提出一种移动式现场定量包装商品净含量检定系统YDDB-1,该系统基于嵌入式技术,集检测与数据处理为一体。系统能对质量标注净含量的定量包装商品实现现场自动检测,其检测范围与数据处理满足JJF1070-2000《定量包装商品净含量计量检验规则》技术规范要求。经质检部门应用表明,YDDB-1系统性能稳定,操作简单,便于携带,可现场出具检测数据处理报告,能对历史数据进行转存、归档等处理,能满足定量包装商品净含量现场检定的要求。

A portable in-situs testing system YDDB-1 for net content of prepackaged goods of fixed content is described, which is based on embedded technology and integrates the measuring instruments and data processing function. YDDB-1 can perform in-situs testing net content of goods of fixed content. Its functions conform to the technical specification of JJF1070-2000 （The rule of metrological inspection for net content of prepackaged commodity with fixed content）. After the application by the inspection agencies, YDDB-1 features stable in performance and easy in operation. It can process the test data and offers the report sheet insitus. All the historical data can be archived properly. The system meets the needs of testing in-situs net content of prepackaged goods of fixed content.
