摘要
分析了回转机械动态扭转过程,利用传递矩阵法建立起一种基于传递函数的回转机械动态扭矩测量模型,为动态扭矩测量提供了一种模型依据。利用激光多普勒效应,在单截面测量转轴转速的基础上,采用双截面测量转速差并积分得到转轴在扭矩作用下的扭转角,实现扭矩非接触测量,达到回转机械设备的动力监测的目的。
The dynamic torsion process of the rotary machine is analyzed, and a dynamic torque measurement model of the rotary machine based on transfer function is built up by transfer matrix method. The model foundation of dynamic torque measurement is provided. Using laser Doppler effect, based on measurement of the rotate speed of single section, the speed difference of double sections is measured and integrated, then the torsion angle of rotating shaft on torque effect is got. The non-contact torque measurement is realized, and dynamic monitoring of rotary machine equipment is achieved.
