摘要
目的:探讨太极拳降压的作用机制。方法:采用随机对照临床试验,将40例轻中度高血压患者分为药物加太极拳锻炼(药炼组)和单纯药物组(药物组),观察实验前后血压、血浆一氧化氮(NO)浓度、红细胞(RBC)膜钠(Na+-K+.ATPase)、钙泵(Ca2+-Mg2+.ATPase)酶活性。结果:两组血压降幅存在差异(P<0.05),血浆NO浓度、RBC膜钠泵活性变化存在差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),钙泵活性变化无差异(P<0.05)。结论:太极拳运动能改善高血压患者血管内皮细胞功能,增加NO合成与释放;促进RBC膜钠的活性;并影响中枢神经系统,降低平滑肌细胞对血管内皮收缩因子的反应性,改善血管内外阻力。太极拳运动能降低高血压。实验显示钙泵活性不活跃,证明太极拳运动并非通过影响细胞膜钙泵活性而对血管平滑肌细胞的反应性产生影响。
Objective: To research on the mechanism of reducing the blood pressure by doing Taijiquan exercise. Method: By conducting clinical comparing test, 40 un-serious hypertension patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: medicine taken plus Taijiquan exercise group and only medicine taken group. Before and after the test, blood pressures、NO consistency in plasma、the activities of RBC Na^+-K^+ ATPase and Ca^2+-Mg^2+ ATPase are observed. Results: In the 2 groups, the reducing degrees of the blood pressures are differences (p 〈 0.05), changes of the NO consistency and the activities of RBC Na^+-K^+ ATPase are also differences (p 〈 0.05, p 〈 0.01), and the changes of activities of RBC Ca^2+-Mg^2+ ATPase have no differences (p 〉 0.05). Conclusions: Taijiquan exercise can improve hem-endothelial cells' function of hypertension patients, increase the synthesis and discharge of NO, improve the activity of RBC Na^+-K^+ ATPase, influence central nervous system, decrease the response of smooth muscle cells to the contractible factor of the hem-endothelial cells, diminish the resistance of blood vessel. As a result, Taijiquan exercise can deduce the blood pressure of hypertension patients. The test demonstrates that the calcium pump's activity changes a little during the test, and proves that the effects of Taijiquan exercise on the response of smooth muscle in blood vessel have no relationship with the activity of RBC Ca^2+-Mg^2+ ATPase.
