高等学校的实验室是教学、科学研究的基地，是办好高等学校培养合格人才的基本条件．实验教学质量的高低是培养人才的关键一环，它决定着高校培养的学生能否为社会所承认和接受．几年来为使冶金系毕业学生成为能适应国家经济、技术、生产发展需要的并具有良好科学素养的人才我系实验室在实验室管理体制改革、规范教学、注重学生能力培养、实验安排、实行实验课考核等方面采取了一系列改革措施，使学生毕业后受到了用人单位的普遍好评，为社会主义建设培养出适应市场经济要求的合格人才迈出了可喜的一步．

Laboratory of institutions of high learning is a base for teaching and scientific research, on the other hand, it is also a ground to cultivate qualified personnels. Theaching quality of laboratory is a key to cultivating students, upon which whether a studernt can be accepted and approved by society or not is dependent.In the last several years, in order to make the graduates of our department be able to meet the needs of local economy, technique and productive development, we take a series of effective measures, which include aspects of laboratory innovation of managerial mechanism, code on teaching, emphasis on ability cultivation, scheduling experiment examination and so on. we continually bring up qualified personels that can meet the needs of market economy and, at the same time, we gain good comments widely from those enterprises who employ our gradutes. This proves that we have made such a good progress.
