对中国香港足球竞赛训练人员培养体系的考察与研究

Investigation and Research on the Cultivation System of Soccer Competition and Training Personnel in Hong Kong

西方现代足球传入中国是以香港、广东两地为先,香港足球一直沿用着欧洲的管理和竞赛训练体制。自1997年香港回归祖国后,其依然保持着国际足联独立的合法席位。但是,随着亚洲及世界足球水平的整体提高,相应的竞争也日益激烈,香港足球的发展必须与大陆足球更加紧密地联系,双方在互补中共同进步。通过实地考察法、专家访谈法、文献数据法等方法对香港足球竞赛训练人员的培养体系进行考察与研究,并与内地足球发展作对比,希望能为广大足球工作者提供一些理论和实践的参考。

The western modern soccer first entered Hong Kong and Guangdong in China. Hong Kong soccer still keeps the European management and training system for years. After Hong Kong came back to mainland in 1997, Hong Kong still keeps the independent position of FIFA. However, with the development of soccer in Asia and around the world, the soccer competition becomes fiercer, so Hong Kong soccer must keep a close link with the mainland so that they can develop together. The thesis investigates and research on the cultivation system of Hong Kong soccer competition and training personnel with the methods of expert interviews, documentary study, on-the-spot investigation, etc. Through the comparison with the development of mainland soccer, the paper can provide some theoretical and practical references for soccer conductors.
