新农村建设下的农村体育发展思考

Ponderation over Development of Rural Sport under Construction of New Countryside

“农村体育弱”是在“物质文化范畴”与“制度文化范畴”上进行的可观察、可测量、可评价的事实判断。农村体育的发展外部环境存在某种“弱中之强”也同样可以得到证实。研究指出:充分利用农村体育的现存优势逐步解决农村体育蕴涵的诸多问题,是社会主义新农村建设下农村体育发展的基本思路。提出确立农村体育发展新思路、找准农村体育与农村文化的契合点、实施以农村学校体育为主导的区域体育协调战略等措施。

＂Rural sport being weak＂ is an observable, measurable and evaluable fact-based judgment in the ＂category of substance culture＂ and category of system culture. There exsits the phenomenon of ＂strength among weakness＂ in the exterior circumstance for the development of rural sport, which can be also confirmed. It pointed out that it＇s a basic train of thought for the development of rural sport under the construction of socialist new countryside to make full use of the existing advantage of rural sport to solve the problems potentially existing rural sport, brought forward such measures as establishing new train of thought for the development of rural sport, finding the combinable point between rural sport and rural culture, implementing the strategy of coordinating regional sport with taking rural school physical education as domonant and so on.
