摘要
提出了ＨＳ－Ⅲ型绝缘在线自控监测系统的计算机控制方案，讨论了定时和频率跟踪测量问题，给出了该方案的硬件系统和软件编程实现方法．
In accordance with the design requirements of a type HS-Ⅲ system, a scheme of computer control is presented. Based on digital signal processing compensation, the frequency measurement and timing are discussed. The hardware and software architecture is given.
