摘要 以机械工程中普遍应用的传动装置皮带驱动机构为研究对象,分析了皮带驱动机构的原理、发展概况、应用和存在问题。指出皮带驱动机构的振动实质是非线性振动,包括扭转振动和横向振动。应用机电耦联动力学方法建立皮带驱动机构机电耦联模型。该模型考虑驱动电机、带、轮以及偏心等因素的影响。 This paper takes the driver mechanism in mechanical engineering as research object. The principle,development general situation, application and existent problem of the belt driver mechanism are introduced. It is pointed out that vibrations in the belt driver mechanism is nolinear vibrations, including horizontal vibrations and torsional vibrations. By means of the method of mechanical and electrical dynamics, the model of the coupled mechanical and electrical of the system is established. Drive motor ,belt ,wheel and eccentricity on the influence of the system are considered in the model.
