Research Progress of Polymer Synthesis Based on Plant Oil

随着石油资源日益枯竭,寻找优质、廉价的石油代用品是聚合物工业存在和发展的关键。植物油是聚合物材料合成最有希望的石油替代原料之一,成为近年来的研究热点。该文评价了植物油基聚合物的发展现状和最新研究进展,介绍了某些聚合反应机理,还具体介绍了植物油基聚合物包括环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚酯的合成方法。引用文献47篇。

As the petroleum resources in the earth are being reduced more and more near exhaustion, to find a quality and cheap substitute of petroleum is the key for the existence and development of polymer industry. Plant oil is one of the most possible substitutes of petroleum to manufacture polymers, so that it becomes the research focus in recent years. This paper reviewed the development and new research progress of polymers based on plant oil, and introduced some reaction mechanism and the polymerization methods of the polymers including epoxy resin, polyurethane and polyester based on plant oil. 47 references are cited.
