摘要
皮秒直线加速器主要利用测微准直望远镜进行准直,而飞秒直线加速器主要用激光跟踪仪进行准直,从两种方案精度、效率及费用的比较中,可以看出激光跟踪仪测量技术的优点。
The picosecond linear accelerator was aligned by the micro-collimator, while the femtosecond one by the laser tracker mainly. In respect of accuracy, efficiency and cost, the merit of the laser tracker technology can be obviously seen.
