Economical Selection of the Quality Target and Upper Limit of a Production Process

讨论在抽检、返工的质量控制方案下对生产过程中产品的质量目标及质量上限进行双水准经济选择的问题．提出了问题的一般模型及优化方法，对过程质量呈正态分布的情形给出了模型的具体表达形式及解法．对双水准经济选择方式与单水准方式在优化结果上的差异及优势进行了比较分析．

The economical selection with dual standard, i. e., the quality target value and its upper limit, in a production process with given sampling inspection and reworking plan is discussed. A general model and the optimization method are presented. Solutions are given in tabular form for the case where the results of the quality examination are of normal distribution. A comparison between the dual-standard and the single-standard economical selection is made in the differences and merits of the results of optimization.
