摘要
在锌锰电池中,锌筒起到负极材料、集流体和容器3个作用。在锌筒外壁上,用静电喷涂一层塑料,替代部分起容器作用的锌,不影响锌锰电池的连放、间放、防漏和高温贮存等各项性能。这项技术能降低锌锰电池的锌耗和成本,适用于高放电容量和大尺寸的电池。
Zinc can played three roles in Zn/MnO2 battery: negative electrode material, a container and a current collector. Replacing some of zinc from the non-reacted container part with plastics coated by electrostatic spraying on the outer wall of the zinc can won't have any influence on the performance of battery, such as continuous discharge, intermittent discharge, leakproof, high temperature storage. This technology could reduce the costs and zinc consumption in the Zn/MnO2 battery, suitable to high capacity and big size battery.
