摘要
提出考虑能源分区平衡的电源规划模型.模型的基本思路是,满足系统负荷、系统安全运行要求,计及能源分区平衡、各类电站有关约束,将系统中现有的、指令性兴建的、退役的、待选的火电、水电、抽水蓄能、核电等作为一个整体,在整个时间序列上动态优化,确定在规划期内整个时间序列上最优的电站建设顺序和规模.应用本模型对实际电力系统进行规划研究。
A model for power planning with regional energy resources balance taken into consideration is developed. The basic idea consists in that, by using dynamic optimization, in a given planning period, all sorts of stations including the existing ones, those to be built by government orders and the retired ones as well as those steam power plants, hydraulic power plants, pumped storage hydro electric power stations and nuclear power stations yet to be located or selected are taken into consideration as a whole and that the system load demand and operation safety and the relevant constraints of every kind of the plants should be satisfied. Then the optimal order and scale for the plants to be constructed in the whole time sequence to meet the regional energy resource balance can be determined. The results of the application of the model developed to actual power system planning are found to be satisfactory.
