摘要
研究了适用于ＥＩＳ环境下的问题求解技术和问题求解方法．提出了在传统的问题求解方法的基础上，通过增加控制和反馈机制以加强人在决策过程中的中心地位和主导作用。
Approaches to the problem solving in an EIS environment are discussed. It is proposed that more control and feedback mechanisms be used to reinforce the leading role and the key position of the decision maker so as to more effectively support his activity in the decision making process.
