摘要
中世纪德意志王国从公元919年亨利一世被选为国王开始,他的城市法的发展便跟欧洲其他一些国家城市法的发展情况大致相同。但在德意志国家的统一过程中及在欧洲的法律发展过程中,德意志王国的《城市法》在此期间却起到了极为重要的作用,其影响极积而深远。
After Henry I was elected as the king of the Germany Empire during middle ages from . D. 919 year, the development of its city law is approximately the same with that of other European city laws. But the city law of Germany Empire played extremely vital role and its positive influence was profound in the process of Germany unification and European law development.
