德育场力是指德育工作者为实现德育目标而采取的各种德育方式交互作用于德育对象所产生的向德育场“场源”运动的力量。德育场力是一个矢量,它具有大小、方向和作用点三个要素,其整合遵循平行四边形法则。影响德育场力的主要因素有德育目标、德育内容、德育方法、教师素养、学生素质、师生关系、德育空间和德育时间等。应通过全方位德育、全过程德育、切入学生道德经验系统、显性德育方法和隐性德育方法有机结合、优化德育环境等途径来整合和优化德育场力。
