摘要
讨论振动钻削监控系统的工作原理.此系统采用8098单片机和上位微机通讯方式,通过对振动钻削过程中动态切削力信号的采集和分析,实现对加工过程的在线监测,提出合理的报警条件.通过钻削实验,优化切削参数和振动参数,改善钻头的工作状况,得到最佳的切削效果.
he operating principle of a monitoring system for vibration drilling is described. The dynamic cutting force signal is collected and analyzed by the communication mode between a type 8098one-chip processor and an up-posting computer, and the on-line monitoring of the cutting state is realized. The following alarming conditions when the drill bit is rapidly worn out are proposed: a. the average torque and the mean square deviation of the torque exceed the given limits simultaneously; b. either of them exceeds the limit more than N times ; c. the maximum variation of the average value of the torque exceeds the limit. It has been proved in practice that the average torque value and the mean square deviation accurately reflect the cutting condition and can be used as characteristic parameters to judge the tool wear. In drilling experiment, the cutting parameter and vibrational parameter are optimized. The cutting force and its variation are minimum while the ratio of vibrational frequency fv to main shaft rotating frequency f is 2k+1.5, where k is a positive integer.
