MPR在肺癌诊断中价值的研究

Value Of MPR in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

目的:评价MPR对肺癌的诊断价值。方法:搜集经CT、临床、手术、活检病理证实肺癌患者80例,其中中心型肺癌42例,周围型肺癌38例。进行薄层横断面与MPR图像肺癌基本征象显示的对照研究。结果:MPR图像与横断面在显示小泡征、支气管充气征、空洞方面无显著性差异;在显示分叶征、棘突征、毛刺征,支气管血管集束征方面具有显著性差别;在显示胸膜凹陷征、病灶侧胸膜改变不具有统计学意义。结论:MPR图像有利于全面显示肺癌征象,提高了肺癌的诊断准确率。

Objective：To evaluate the value of the images of MPR in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods： 80 cases with lung cancer CT,clinically,operatively,pathologically proved were collected,including 42 cases with central type,38 cases with peripheral type. The images of MSCT were compared with axial thin - slice images on the characteristic signs of lung cancer. Results：MPR and axial scanning were not markedly different in showing the signs of little vacuole,air-bronchial and cavities,but markedly different in showing the signs of lobulation, spine,piculation and bronchi- vessel convergence. MPR and axial scanning had not statistics significance in showing the signs of pleura indentation or the change of pleura on the side of focus. Conclusion ： MPR is helpful to showing the overall signs of lung cancer, which improved the diagnostic accuracy of lung cancer.
