摘要
确定了以分光光度法测定天然抗氧化剂清除2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazy(l2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基,DPPH)自由基能力的条件。通过测定芦丁、檞皮素、抗坏血酸、没食子酸的自由基清除率曲线,提出以IC50值作为评价试样清除DPPH自由基能力的指标,并将此应用于白英果提取物清除DPPH自由基能力的测定,测得白英果乙醇提取液、乙酸乙酯提取液以固形物计算的IC50值分别为0.230和1.010。
A spectrophotomctric method for determining 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)free radical scavenging activity of natural antioxidants was put forward. The evaluating criterion of DPPH free radical scavenging activity was regarded as "IC50" by determining the scavenging rate curves of rutin,quercetin,ascorbic acid and gallic acid.The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of extractives from Solanum Lyratum Thunb fruits was determined by this method.The results show: accounted as total solid matter, IC50 of ethanol extractives and ethyl acetate extractives from Solanum Lyratum Thunb fruits was 0.230 and 1.010.
