摘要 采用溶液聚合法合成了魔芋粉接枝丙烯酸吸水剂,用压缩法表征吸水剂的凝胶强度。实验考察了原料配比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量以及单体中和度对魔芋粉接枝丙烯酸超强吸水剂凝胶强度的影响。结果表明各反应因素对产物的凝胶强度有不同程度的影响。 A series of superabsorbents of Konjac powder-sodium acrylate were prepared with aqueous solution poly- merization. The hydrogel strength of the absorbents were characterized by the compress strength. The effects of the crosslinking agent, the neutralization degree of monomer, the reaction temperature and reaction time on the hydrogel strength were investigated. The result showed that the effect of different factors on hydrogel degree were dissimilary.
