复合钙钛矿结构高温压电陶瓷材料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了Ph(Cd1/3Nb2/3)O3,Bi2/3(Cd1/3Nb2/3)O3以及Bi(Cd1/2Ti1/2)O3改性的PbTIO3陶瓷的高温压电性能.结果表明,对ABO3型钙钛矿结构的PbTIO3进行A和B位复合取代可得到压电性能优良、适合于高温应用的压电陶瓷材料.其优良的压电性能及较好的温度稳定性与Bi3+的半径、Bi3+在A位取代所产生的铅缺位以及B位复合取代的钙钛矿结构化合物较高的居里温度有关. The high temperature piezoelectric properties of PbTiO3 ceramics modified with Pb (Cd1/3Nb2/3 )O3, Bi2/3 (Cd1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Bi (Cd1/2Ti1/2)O3 are investigated. Experimental results indicate that the excellent piezoelectric properties for high temperature applications can be obtained by the composite substitutions of A and B positions for PbTiO3 ceramics with ABO3 type perovskite structure. The excellent properties and fairly good temperature stability are dependent on the exterior electron structure,the ionic radius of Bi3+ and the Pb vacancy resulting from the substitution of Bi3+ ions at the A positions as well as the rather high Curie temperature of the chemical compound of composite perovskite structure at the B position substitution. The Curie temperature of the material series is 500℃ and over, and the dielectric constant ε≈200. Different requirements on the mechanical quality factor Qm and the electromechanical coupling factor Kt can be met by selecting different series.
