摘要
建立了肉类食品中苯并芘残留的高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用C1(85μm,4.6mm×250mmi.d)反相色谱柱,流动相为甲醇+水(95:5),流速1.0mL/min,激发波长365nm,发射波长410nm,柱温35℃,进样量5μL。方法的检出限0.5μg/kg,线性范围0ng/mL ̄1000ng/mL,加标回收率80.0% ̄83.0%,相对标准偏差为1.25%。该法具有样品预处理简单,毒性小,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点,可用于肉类食品样品的直接测定。
This thesis developed a HPLC method for determination of Benzo (a)pyrene in meat foods.In the method,the analysis column is revered-phase column of C18(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm i.d),the mobile phase is methanol-water(95:5),the flow is 1.0 mL/min ,excation wavelength is 365 nm, emission wavelength is 410 nm,the column temperature is 35 ℃,and the injection volume is 5 μL. The limit of detection was 0.5 μg/kg.The linear plots were obtained between 0 and 1 000 ng/mL.Overall recoveries were between 80.0 % and 83.0 %, and RSD (n=3)value was 1.25 %.This method is simple rapid,sensitive,safe and cheap for directly determining Benzo(a) pyrene in meat foods without any complicated and time-consuming separation process.
