由北京同仁堂与马来西亚海鸥企业有限公司合资开办的北京同仁堂（马）有限公司于2002年8月30日开业。该公司投资总额为50万美元，其中“同仁堂”出资30万，“海鸥”出资20万，位于吉隆坡市中心，经营中成药、药酒、中药饮片、保健品等近2000种产品，随后设立医务所和门市部，先后在吉隆坡和槟城设立分行，第三间分行也要在今年内开业，地点定在新出。
The USD 500,000 Beijing Tongrentang （Malaysia） Company, Limited, jointly funded by Beijing Tongrentang （with 60% share） and Malaysia＇s Hai-O Enterprises （with 40% share）, opened to business on Aug.3Oth, 2002. Situated in downtown Kuala Lumpur, the said company mainly deals with nearly 2, 000 varieties of traditional Chinese medicines, such as prepared Chinese medicine, medicinal liquors, TCM decoction pieces, heaalth products and etc.
