摘要
《城市规划法》实施17年以来,对规范城市规划的制定发挥了重要作用。同时它存在的许多缺陷也逐渐显露出来。因此,为进一步提高我国城市规划的水平,《城市规划法》需要加以修改、完善。
Since City Planning Law has been implemented for 17 years, it has exerted important function in standardizing city planning. At the same time, its many objections have been unveiled. Therefore, City Planning Law needs modification and perfection in order to improve Chi.nese city planning level.
