加强实践性法律教学 提升大学生法律素养

The Key to Improving the Legal Quality of University Students is to Strengthen Practical Legal Education

在非法科院校,尤其是地方院校在提升大学生的法律素养主要是通过“两课”的教学来完成,“两课”似乎不能承受如此之重。我们认为,提升大学生法律素养的关键在于改革传统的模式,加强实践性法律教学,即在课堂教学中融入实践;在课外教学中去实践。

In non- legal universities, especially some regional universities, the main method in improving legal quality is giving them ＂two lessons＂. However it seems that the ＂two lesson ＂can not accomplish the task. We think that the key to improving the legal quality of college students is to reform traditional teaching approach and strengthen the practical legal education, i.e. integrate practice into the teaching.
