大学文化是人类文化的重要组成部分,包括精神文化、物质文化和制度文化三个基本层面,具有探求真理、追求理想、崇尚学术、严谨求实、富有批判精神的鲜明特征和传承文化、创新文化、研究文化、融合文化之功能。然而,近年来大学的发展却出现了大学文化的衰微现象,在一定程度上失去了大学文化应有的独立品格和价值追求。应以科学发展观为指导,促进大学文化建设。树立新的办学理念;培育新的大学精神;制定新的发展战略;确定新的领导模式;建立新的人力资源管理体制;注重塑造大学形象。

The university culture is the important constituent of human culture. It includes spiritual culture, material culture and the system culture. The three basic parts have the distinct characteristics of seeking truth, pursuing ideals, advocating science, striving for truth with the critical spirit and the function of carrying on, innovating, researching and blending culture. However, university＇s development actually appeared the decadency of the university culture in recent years. It shows the lost of the independent moral character and the value pursue which the university culture should have in a way. In order to promote university cultural reconstruction, we should take science developing view as the guidance, set up new idea of running school, cultivate new university spirit, make recent developmental strategy, determine new leadership pattern, establish new management system of human resources. And also pay attention to mold the university images.
