The unreasonable mobility and instability of teachers in primary and middle school has become an essential problem which affects the healthy development in private education. There are all sorts of reasons which leads to the teacher＇s instability. It is better to take all kinds of steps , update our ideas, revise system , provide perfect development space and conditions for teachers in order to set up a high - quality and stable- structure teaching group.
