摘要
目的探索运用互动式教学方法提高手术室临床教学质量的效果。方法对照组35名实习大专护生采用传统教学方法,实验组32名实习大专护生采用互动式教学方法,并对两组护生的实习效果进行比较。结果两组护生对指导老师的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生工作态度、工作积极性和学习积极性差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);老师工作积极性增加(P<0.01);两组护生的收获和对工作程序的熟悉度,以及常见手术配合的熟练度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生对手术室带教方式的满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在提高护生无菌技术观念方面两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论互动式教学重视护生和老师平衡发展,贯穿“以人为本”的教学理念,使人性化的教学得以体现,提高了教学质量。
Objective To explore the effect of interactive instruction on the quality of clinical teaching in operation room, Method The 35 associate degree nursing students in the control group received the traditional teaching methods,while the 32 students in the experiment group received interactive instruction. Then, the outcomes of clinical practice were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant difference in the students' satisfaction to clinical teachers ( P 〈 0.05 ) , students' working attitude, working aud learning enthusiasm ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , teachers ' working enthusiasm ( P 〈 0.01 ) , students' gains and familiarity to working procedure and coordination in cemmon operations ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and students' satisfaction to the instruction mode (P 〈0.05) between the two groups. However, there was no significant difference in the students' concept of aseptic techniques ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The interactive instruction emphasized on the balance development between students and teachers,focused on " people - oriented" teaching philosophy,realized humanistic teaching and improved the quality of teaching.
