The influential factors and strategy of patient safety during the transportation by transporters in hospital

目的提高中央运输工作质量,减少和杜绝差错发生。方法针对现存和潜在的安全问题,对运输员进行安全教育和培训,加强监督和检查,规范和完善推送病人制度,制订险情预案。结果提高了中央运输工作质量,病人的满意度由95.2%提高到97.8%。结论防范安全隐患,必须加强管理、重视运输员的教育和培训。

Objective To improve the quality of central - transportation and reduce the incidence of errors and disputes. Methods Aimed at the present and potential safety problems, a series of measures were carried out,including providing safety education and training for the transporters, enhancing supervision and examination, standardizing and perfecting the rules and regulations of transportation, and making the emergency project. Results This practice improved the quality of central - transportation. The patients＇ satisfaction increased from 95.2% to 97.8 %. Conclusion In order to prevent the risk factors of patient safety, it is necessary to strengthen management and pay close attention to the education and training for the transporters.
