聚丙烯/尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的加工流变性能和微结构研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用有机改性的层状硅酸盐与聚丙烯/尼龙6通过熔融插层成功制备了剥离型纳米复合材料,并发现相容剂马来酸酐改性聚丙烯(MPP)的加入使材料具有良好的加工流变性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD)及正电子淹没寿命谱(PALS)等方法研究了材料的微观结构,结果表明,加入相容剂MPP后,材料的自由体积浓度显著降低,平均孔洞大小则略有增加,这与MPP与基体分子间较强的相互作用密切相关。 Nanocomposites were dramatically produced using organically modified montmorillonite and polypropylene/ polyamide 6. It is also found that the PP/PA6/MPP/DK1 system possesses good rheological property. The microstructure has been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS).
