摘要
从分析企业战略与组织结构的关系入手,对企业组织结构的类型及特征进行深入研究,提出了基于战略的组织结构的选择策略一簇型组织。通过绘制战略与组织结构图对簇型组织进行深入探讨。
Analyzing the relationship between the enterprise＇ s strategy and organization structure, further studying the type and character of the enterprise＇ s organization structure, the article proposes choice tactics-“bunch model organization” based on strategic organization structure. And also investigates deeply“bunch model organization” by drawing strategy and organization structure chart.
