摘要
通过对国有煤炭企业现状和环境的分析,结合开滦集团实际,论述了国有大中型煤炭企业实施主辅分离、辅业改制,分流安置富余人员的目的意义,提出了煤炭企业界定主业应考虑的因素和辅业改制的主要形式、股权设置及对策。
This article analyzes the actuality of state-owned coal mine enterprises, especially on the basis of Kailuan group, and puts forward the significance of separation of main and accessory industry ,the system reform of accessory industry ,distributions and arrangement of redundant employee for the state-owned coal mine enterprises, the factors that should be accounted in defining the main industrial, the main form of the reform of accessory industry, the arrangement of stockholder' s rights and interests and the countermeasures to solve the above problems.
