高校图书馆的“读者第一”与“人本管理”

Study on "Reader-Centered Principle"and"People-Centered Management" of College Library

与图书馆和“图书馆员”相对的“读者”是一种特定意义上的读者。高校图书馆“读者第一,服务育人”的宗旨不能动摇。“人本管理”的基础是人本思想,以人为中心,尊重人的价值。“读者第一”是“人本管理”的前提。“人本管理”是“读者第一”的深化。“读者第一”是“人本管理”的最高或最终服务目标。

“ Reader” corresponding to library and librarian is the“reader” in a certain sense. “Reader-Centered principle and Serving and Educating people” of college library must be stcked to. The basis of “ People-Centered management” is the man-centered notion. “ Reader-Centered principle” is the foundation of“People-Centered management” and “People-Centered management” is the deepening of “People-Centered Principle”. “ People-Centered Principle” is the utmost and ultimate goal of “People-Centered management”.
