摘要
当代美育现状师承痕迹明显,缺乏突破创新;艺术气氛涣散,技能相对滞后;教条主义严重,个性意识淡薄;培养目的不明,注重经济效益;教师素养待补,传道、授业、解惑。
It is obvious in modem art education that most disciples inherit the tradition of their respectable masters, students seldom break down the old conventions and their works often lack creativity, it is in a slack artistic atmosphere with relatively backward technical ability and less distinctive individuality, some art teachers have serious dogmatism in their work, and with unclear teaching objectives, a few teachers pay too much attention to economic returns. Therefore, the culture knowledge and self-quality of some art teachers really need to be improved. After all, it requires teachers to transmit, teach knowledge and resolve problems.
