这些年来,不少跨国公司在华的股权战略有了很大的变化,一些以资产重构置换等方式为特征的撤资行为也时有发生。这对我国的资本形成、产业结构、就业、国际收支及其它经济安全问题都会产生一定的影响。从跨国公司的撤资动因、条件、障碍、时机、方式与影响等角度,可以对已有的跨国公司撤资理论做一梳理,这对研究跨国公司撤资问题具有重要的现实意义。

In recent years, great changes have taken place in the ownership strategy of many multinationals in China. Some divestments characterized by assets restructure and exchange occurred often. They had effects on the nation＇s capital formation, industrial structure, employment, payment of balance and other economic security problems. This article just arranges the existing theories of multinationals＇ from the perspectives of motivations, conditions, barriers, opportunities, ways and influences, and discusses the meanings and implications of the research for multinationals＇divestments.
