基于客户关系管理视角下的交叉销售研究 被引量:4

摘要 交叉销售开始越来越多地被应用于金融和服务领域,并且向外扩展的趋势非常明显。但是,很多企业在使用交叉销售的时候都有一定的盲目性。本文从客户关系管理的角度,分析了客户关系管理与交叉销售的关系,以及在客户关系管理思想的指导下,如何使交叉销售改善企业的盈利能力,提高企业竞争力,并提高客户的忠诚度。
