摘要
网络经济作为一种新型经济运行形式,与传统工业经济相比存在许多新的运行规律,由此导致网络经济条件下的垄断市场在形成机理与表现特征方面发生了许多新的变化。针对这些变化,政府反垄断的目标取向、内容确定及方式选择等方面也要进行相应的调整。
As a kind of new-type economical operation form,network economy has shown a lot of new operation laws compared with＇tr adifional industrial economy.Therefore, characteristic of displaying and mechanism of monopolistic market change much under that condi tion. Cornering these changes,the orientation of government antitrust goal,and its content and ways should be adjusted corresponding.
