摘要
随着社会各界金融服务需求的日益多样化和我国对世贸组织承诺全面开放金融市场日期的临近,我国银行业的市场竞争将越来越激烈,商业银行要在不断变化的市场环境中,创建和保持与客户的交换关系,维持和扩大市场份额,必须科学合理地制定自身的营销策略。
Banking sectors face more and more competition than before while the demand for financial service becomes variety and the deadline for open market draws near according to the commitments of WTO. Creating and keeping good relationship with clients is critical for commercial banks to enlarge their market share. So it's essential for them to consider scientific and reasonable marketing tactics.
