高效液相色谱法同时测定氨林酚咖胶囊中三组分的含量

Determination of Three Components in Anlinfenka Capsules by HPLC

目的探讨用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)同时测定氨林酚咖胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林和咖啡因的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),流动相为1％醋酸溶液(以二乙胺调节pH值至3．7)-甲醇(6:4),检测波长为272 nm,柱温为30℃。结果对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、咖啡因的线性范围分别是59．448～138．712μg／mL,75．368～150．736μg／mL,23．340～54．460μg／mL,平均回收率分别为102,0％,99．0％,99．3％(n=9),RSD分别为1．6％,1．5％,0．8％。结论HPLC法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制及评价。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paracetamol, aminopyrine and caffeine in Anlinfenka capsules. Methods The Diamonsil C18 （200 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was 1% acetic acid （adjust pH to 3.7 for diethylamine）- methand （6：4）. The detection wavelength was 272 nm with 30℃ of column temperature. Results The linear range of paraeetamol, aminopyrine and caffeine was 59. 448 - 138. 712 μg/mL, 75. 368 - 150. 736 μg/mL, and 23. 340 - 54. 460 μg/mL respectively. The average recovery rates were 102.0% （ n = 9, RSD = 1.6% ） ,99.0% （ n = 9, RSD = 1.5% ） and 99.3% （ n = 9, RSD = 0.8% ）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control.
