治霉胶囊中主要药材的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Main Medicinal Materials in Zhimei Capsule by TLC

目的建立治霉胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的苦参、黄柏、蛇床子等进行定性鉴别。结果在薄层色谱图中检出苦参、黄柏、蛇床子等药材的特征斑点。结论所建立的方法可行,重现性好,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Zhimei capsule. Methods The thin-layer chromalograph. （TLC） method was used to indentify Radix Sophorae, Cortex Phellodendri, Fructus Cnidii. Results The spots in Radix Sophorae, Cortex Phellodendri, Fructus Cnidii could be indentified by TLC. Conclusion The method is feasible with good reproducibility＇ and can control the quality of the granules.
