摘要
目的探讨安乃近细菌内毒素检查方法的可行性。方法采用抑制或增强试验,观察其是否有干扰作用。结果该样品稀释至一定程度后,对测定无干扰作用。结论细菌内毒素检查法适用于安乃近。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test for analgin injection. Methods The inhibition or enhancement test was performed to investigate the interfering action. Results The method was valid by diluting this injection to the certain concentration. And the detection was not interfered. Conclusion The method is suitable for the detection of this injection.
