丁丙诺啡是一种阿片受体部分激动剂一部分拮抗剂，本文就其临床工理及其在术后镇痛中的应用作简要综述。
Buprenorphine is a special opioid agonist-antagenist compounds, and has been used widely in clinical practice. This article will review its clinicst pharmacology and use of buprenorphine for postoperative pain therapy.
