摘要 以辽河AH-70高等级道路沥青为原料,十溴联苯醚、十溴联苯乙烷、三氧化二锑等为阻燃剂,氢氧化铝为抑烟剂,富含芳烃的抽出油为调和剂,在加热搅拌的条件下,制得了阻燃沥青。结果表明,阻燃沥青的燃烧性能达到1级难燃水平;烟气毒性达到准安全一级。由于沥青中加入阻燃剂和其他添加剂使得沥青的物理化学性质下降,采用调和法制得了符合GB/T 15180—2000要求的阻燃沥青。 The flame retardant asphalts were prepared with Liaohe AH-70 type high-quality paving asphalt as feedstock,decabromo-diphenyl oxide,decabromo-diphenyl ethane,antimonous oxide et al as flame retardants,aluminum hydroxide as smoke inhibitor and drawing off oil high in aromatics as dispersion medium under the condition of heating and mixing.The oxygen index and smoking toxicity of the asphalts were measured.The results showed that the flame retardant property of the asphalt came up to the first grade and the smoking toxicity of them was safe pseudo first grade.In addition,the physical and chemical properties of the asphalt were decreased by adding flame retardant and other additives.The dispersion medium was used to obtain the flame retardant asphalts which were in agreement with GB/T()15180—2000.
