水利水电工程安全监测标准化问题的研究

Standardization of safety monitoring in hydraulic and hydropower engineering

本文介绍了我国水电工程安全监测标准化和立法概况,重点对我国各种现行水电工程安全监测技术规范进行了对比分析,指出了标准体系目前所存在的问题。由此,建议统一制定国家级安全监测技术规范、整合或修编各专业规范的安全监测标准、统一安全监测专业规范与其它规范的术语和定义,并且应进一步加强对安全监测技术的研究。

This paper introduced the standardization and legislation of safety monitoring in hydraulic and hydropower engineering. It emphasized the comparison among current technical codes and pointed out some problems. As conclusion, the advice was advanced that national safety monitoring technical code should be enacted, the standards should be revised and the research on safety monitoring technology should be enhanced.
