从电极丝理想的数理方程出发,给出精确解并且作了推断,在电极丝的振幅、应力、频率、跨度之间可能存在着一个严格的协同关系,从而推断快走丝精密切割有其实现的可能性。这个协同关系可能是未来自适应加工的理论依据。

From the ideal mathematic equation of the wire electrode, the precise solution is given and inference is made. There seems existing a strict cooperation between the amplitude, stress. frequency, and span of the wire. Thus comes the inference that precise WEDM with high traveling speed is practible. This cooperative relation might be the theoretic basis for future self-adaptive machining.
